Pre-workout typically ends catastrophically for me (spiked heart rates, vomiting, or 💩) and ruins the workout. I used the Northstar pre-workout just before a long CrossFit workout, and was shocked at how there were only positive effects. I had more mental clarity and focus, far less fatigue, and it even had a positive impact on my mental state as I pushed myself.
